Tap Withdraw on the Earnings screen, check the amount, and tap Confirm withdrawal. You always withdraw your whole available balance. The Ayyam team reviews the request and sends the money in your local currency.
Withdraw
- Go to Settings → Earnings.
- Under Available now, tap Withdraw.
- Check what you’ll get. The sheet shows Your whole available balance, what You receive in your currency, the exchange Rate for today, and where it’s Sent to.
- Tap Confirm withdrawal.
If the app says Your balance just changed. Check it and try again., your balance moved while the sheet was open. Look at the new amount and confirm again.
After you ask
Your request shows in Payout history as Waiting while The Ayyam team is reviewing it. Once it’s sent, it says Sent with the date and a reference number.
The app doesn’t send a notification when the money goes, so check Payout history.
Good to know
- You can only withdraw once your available balance reaches the minimum. The screen tells you how much more you need.
- You can have one request waiting at a time. The next one can be made once it’s sent.
- The exchange rate is the one Ayyam publishes that day, and the amount in your currency is rounded down to a whole number.
- Every withdrawal needs a confirmed phone number or two-factor authentication on your account.
