When a request is rejected, the money goes straight back to your balance, so nothing is lost. Payout history shows the reason. Fix what it says and withdraw again.
See why
- Go to Settings → Earnings and tap Payout history.
- Find the request marked Rejected.
Under it is the reason the Ayyam team gave, and a line like $12.40 went back to your balance on 18 Oct.
Try again
- If the reason is about where the money was going, fix it in Payout details first.
- Then tap Withdraw on the Earnings screen.
The returned money is available straight away. It isn’t held again.
