1 How do I choose which notifications I get? In Settings → Notifications, switch off the kinds you don't want. They then stop for good: no phone alert, and nothing in your list. 2 How do I pause all notifications? Switch on Pause all in Settings → Notifications and choose 1, 8 or 24 hours, or until you turn it back on. Your phone stays quiet; your list still fills. 3 How do I set quiet hours? In Settings → Notifications, tap Set next to Quiet hours are off, switch Quiet hours on and choose the times. Your phone stays silent then, every day.
