Within the 48 hours, go to Settings → Account & profile and tap Keep my account. Nothing has been deleted yet, so everything stays exactly as it was.

Keep your account in the app
- On Home, tap your profile picture at the top to open Settings, then tap Account & profile.
- At the bottom, under Scheduled for deletion, tap Keep my account.
Keep your account on the website
- Open Settings on ayyam.com and click Security.
- At the bottom, under Scheduled for deletion, click Keep my account.
The page says Your account will not be deleted.
The card goes back to Delete account. It works on any phone or browser you’re signed in on, not only the one you deleted from.
Note: Signing in doesn’t cancel the deletion on its own. You have to tap Keep my account.
If you didn’t ask for it
If you got the email Your Ayyam account will be deleted in 48 hours and didn’t delete your account, someone else may know your password. Tap Keep my account first, then change your password.
If they changed your password and you can’t sign in, reset it with Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen. Then tap Keep my account.
After the 48 hours
Once the time is up, you’re signed out everywhere and the account is deleted. It can’t be brought back. You can sign up again with the same email address, but you’ll start with a new, empty account.
