The card changes to Scheduled for deletion, with the time left. If your account has an email address, we email you as well.

If your account has no password

An account made with Google or Apple usually has no password. Tap Send code instead, then enter the 6-digit code we email you and tap Delete in 48 hours. The code works for 10 minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, tap Send a new code, a minute or more after the first.

If the account has no email address but two-factor authentication is on, you’re asked for a code from your authenticator app, or a recovery code.

If it doesn’t go through

That password is not correct.Check it and try again. If you don’t remember it, reset it first.
Too many attempts. Try again in a few minutes. After 10 wrong passwords, wait 15 minutes. Wrong passwords at sign-in count toward the same 10, so signing in is paused too.

Before you delete

  • If you’re in Earnings, withdraw what you can first. Once the account is gone, you can’t sign in to ask for a payout.
  • Keep a copy of any photos or videos you want. There’s no button to download them from Ayyam.

Note: There’s no way to switch an account off for a while. If you’d rather have fewer people see you than leave, you can make your account private.
