You’ve reached your daily limit, so Ayyam stays locked until midnight on your phone’s clock. Nothing opens it sooner. The lock is on your phone, so Ayyam support can’t lift it either.
What the lock screen shows
It says You’ve reached today’s limit, what your limit is, and how long until the app opens, like Opens in 3 hours 12 minutes. Time spent on the lock screen doesn’t count.
When it opens
At midnight the app opens again on Home, with a new day’s limit. Whatever you had open before the lock is closed.
Stop it happening again
The daily limit is on at 2 hours unless you change it. Once the app opens, go to Settings → Wellbeing and pick a longer Daily limit, or Off.
Good to know
The limit counts time on this phone only. If you use Ayyam on another phone, set a limit there too.
