When it comes to children we make no exceptions. Sexual content involving a child gets the account banned at once, and we report it to the authorities. For everything else on this page we remove the content, and ban accounts that keep doing it.
Not allowed
- Any sexual content involving someone under 18, including drawings, cartoons and images made with AI.
- Sexual comments about children, or posts that present a child in a sexual way.
- Contacting a child to draw them into a sexual relationship, asking for their photos, or arranging to meet them.
- Arranging or promoting the marriage of anyone under 18.
- Photos or videos of a child being abused, beaten or humiliated, even to condemn it. Report it to us and to the authorities instead of sharing it.
- Putting children at risk for views: dangerous stunts and challenges, or scaring a child or making them cry on purpose.
- Sharing a child’s private details, such as their school, address or phone number.
Allowed
- Everyday family photos and videos of your children, decently dressed.
- Content that teaches people how to protect children, as long as it doesn’t show abuse or a child who can be recognized.
Age
You need to be at least 13 to have an Ayyam account. When we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we remove it. You can tell us about one through Contact us.
