Add the words under Hidden words in Settings → Privacy. A comment on one of your posts that contains one of them is hidden from everyone except the person who wrote it. You don’t see it either, and you get no notification for it.

How a comment is matched
- A single word only counts as a whole word. Hiding “cat” doesn’t hide “catch”.
- A phrase of two or more words counts wherever it appears in the comment.
- Capital letters don’t matter. In Arabic, neither do the short vowel marks or the different forms of alef: hiding «احمق» also hides «أحمق».
- In Arabic, a word with «ال» or «و» joined to the front counts as a different word. Hiding «غبي» doesn’t hide «الغبي», so add the forms people actually write.
Good to know
- It works on comments and replies that are already there, not just new ones. Take a word off the list and the comments it hid come back.
- The person who wrote the comment still sees it, and nothing tells them it’s hidden.
- It covers comments on your posts. Messages and story replies aren’t filtered.
- The list holds up to 200 words or phrases, each up to 60 characters.
