Under the bio on every profile there’s a row of icons, one for each tab: Posts, Videos, Reposts, Reactions and Tagged. Your own profile has a sixth, Saved, that only you can see. The icons have no names under them, so here’s what each one is, from left to right.
Posts
The grid icon. Everything the person posted, newest first: photos, videos and text. Their reposts aren’t here. They have a tab of their own.
A post its owner kept off the grid isn’t here either, though a video one still shows under Videos.
Videos
The video camera. Only their posts with a video in them, including a post that mixes photos and videos.
Reposts
The two arrows. Posts by other people that this person reposted. If the original was deleted, or you’re not allowed to see it, the repost says it’s no longer available.
Reactions
The heart. Posts the person reacted to, and the reaction they gave.
Anyone can open this tab, unless its owner turned off People can see my reactions in Settings → Privacy. Then it’s gone from their profile for everyone but them.
Tagged
The person icon. Posts where someone tagged this person.
Saved
The bookmark, on your own profile only. Posts you saved, kept just for you. Nobody else sees this tab or what’s in it. The ⋯ menu on your profile has Saved too.
When a tab is empty or locked
- A private account you don’t follow shows This account is private in every tab. Its posts appear once they accept your follow request.
- A post shared only with followers, or with a circle, only shows to the people it was shared with. So two people can see different posts on the same profile.
- On someone you blocked, the tabs stay empty until you unblock them.
On ayyam.com, profiles have Posts, Videos and Reposts, and Saved on your own.
