Your scheduled posts are in Settings → Content → Scheduled. Each one has Reschedule, to move it to another time, and Cancel, to take it off the list. You can’t change a scheduled post’s caption, photos or settings.
Move it to another time
Reschedule in the app
- On Home, tap your profile picture at the top to open Settings.
- Under Content, tap Scheduled.
- Tap Reschedule under the post.
- Pick the day and the time, and tap Save.
Reschedule on the website
- Open Settings, click Content, and find Scheduled.
- Click Reschedule under the post.
- Pick the day and time, and click Save.
The new time has to be at least 5 minutes away and no more than 90 days ahead. Each post shows the time it goes out and, under it, the time zone that time is in.
Cancel it
Cancel in the app
- In Scheduled, tap Cancel under the post.
- Tap Cancel post to confirm, or Keep it to leave it as it is.
Cancel on the website
Click Cancel under the post, then Cancel post.
A cancelled post is gone. It isn’t kept as a draft. Its photos and videos stay in your Uploads, but the caption and settings are deleted with it.
Changing the caption or photos
There’s no way to edit a scheduled post. Cancel it, then make it again with your changes and schedule it for the same time. The photos are still in your uploads, so you can pick them from UPLOADS on the Create screen.
How do I reuse a photo or video from my uploads?
Scheduled posts are kept on your account, not your phone. You can change them from any phone you’re signed in on, or from the website, and they go out even if every device is off.
