Open their profile, tap ⋯ at the top and then Report account. Pick the reason, say what’s wrong in the note, and tap Send report. They aren’t told who reported them.

- Open their profile.

- Pick a reason, and add a note under Tell us more.
- Tap Send report.
Report an account on the website
Open their profile, click ⋯ and then Report account. Pick a reason, add a note, and click Report content.
Report someone who’s messaging you
In the chat, tap their name at the top, then Report at the bottom of More options. That reports their account.
To report one of their messages instead, press and hold it and tap Report. The moderators then see that message. See How do I report a post or comment?
Good to know
- The note matters more on an account than on a post. Say what they did, and where.
- An account is never hidden or banned automatically because of reports. Someone on Ayyam’s team always decides.
- You can report an account you’ve already blocked. Block them first if you need them gone from your screen straight away.
