Report a post in the app

- Add a few words under Tell us more if it helps, up to 280 characters.

Report a post on the website
- Click ⋯ on the post, then Report.
- Pick a reason, add a note if it helps, and click Report content.
Report a comment or reply
Under someone’s comment or reply, tap Report, next to Reply. The same window opens, called Report comment. On the website, click Report under the comment.
Report a story, a sound or a message
- A story: tap ⋯ at the top right of the story, then Report. On the website, click ⋯ on the story, then Report story.
- A sound: open the sound’s page and tap Report sound.
- A message in a chat: press and hold it and tap Report. The moderators get a copy of that one message, never the rest of the chat. Only the other person in the chat can report it.
Good to know
- You can’t report your own posts or comments.
- Reporting the same thing again doesn’t count twice. The app says You already reported this.
- To report the person behind it, or someone who’s messaging you, report their account. See How do I report an account?
