Report their account and choose Impersonation. In the note, give your own username and say what they copied. A person on Ayyam’s team reviews impersonation reports. They’re never decided by how many people report.

Report the account in the app
- Open the fake profile and tap ⋯ at the top.
- Tap Report account.
- Pick Impersonation.
- Under Tell us more, write your own username and what they copied, like your name or your photos.
- Tap Send report.
Report the account on the website
Open the fake profile, click ⋯ and then Report account. Pick Impersonation, put your username in the note, and click Report content.
While you wait
- Report the posts that use your photos too. See Someone is using my photos
- Block the account once you’ve reported it. It then can’t see your profile or posts, or message you.
- Tell your followers which account is really you, so nobody falls for the copy.
Good to know
- They aren’t told who reported them.
- One report is enough to reach the moderators, but friends who know it’s fake can report it as well.
- You can also write to us. Choose Someone is pretending to be me and paste a link to the fake account. At ayyam.com/support this works even if you don’t have an Ayyam account yourself.
