Go to Settings → Security. Under Where you’re logged in is every phone and browser that’s signed in to your account right now. The one you’re holding says This device.
Find the list
See your devices in the app
- On Home, tap your profile picture at the top to open Settings.
- Tap Security and look under Where you’re logged in.
See your devices on the website
Open Settings on ayyam.com, click Security, and look under Where you are signed in. The browser you’re using is marked THIS ONE.
What each line tells you
- What it is. Ayyam for iPhone, Ayyam for Android or Ayyam for web. When we can’t tell, it says Unknown device.
- When it was last used. Active now means in the last hour. After that it says how long ago, like 3h ago or 2d ago.
The list doesn’t show the phone’s model or where it is. If you have two iPhones signed in, both say Ayyam for iPhone, and the time is how you tell them apart.
A device drops off the list by itself after 30 days without being used, and has to sign in again. Signing out takes it off straight away.
If you don’t recognise one
Sign it out, then change your password. Changing the password signs out every device but yours, so whoever it was can’t sign back in with the old one.
How do I sign out of my other devices?
Tip: If your account has an email address, we email it each time someone signs in, with the kind of device and roughly which country. If you get one of those and it wasn’t you, act on it straight away.
